New Rules for Covid-19 in Kristalli Hotel


Dear Guests, 

We welcome you to our Hotel and wish you enjoy a wonderful, unforgettable holiday experience. We would like you to reassure you that we have made every effort humanly possible for you to be and feel safe in our hotel. Your health is our absolute and non-negotiable priority.


What you must have before your arrival:

Every guest must fill in the special PLF (Passenger Location Form) 24 hours before arriving in Greece. One can been found on the following link:


What you must have before your departure:

You must ensure that you have some kind of certification of health condition.

Acceptable documents include:

  • A negative PCR test from a laboratory, maximum 72 hours before entry.


  • Vaccination certificate issued by a certified authority.

All certificates must include the critical information (i.e. number of doses and their respective dates) in English and the full name must match with that of the passport or any other travel document.


Below are all key measures announced by the Greek National Public Health Organization to prevent the spread of Covid-19 being implemented in our hotel. As long as the pandemic outbreak is ongoing, override the advertised policies of any relates amenity or service as originally booked based on Greek Law Protocol under number 1881/29.5.2020 .

Our plan includes:

  • Compliance to the National Health & Safety protocols.

  • Management team for medical action plan.

  • Co-operation with medical center 24/7, close to the hotel.

  • Social distances of at least 2 m must be maintained by customers and employees.

  • Laser thermometers available at the front desk to conduct temperature checks.

  • Enhanced health & safety programs for all employees (Authorized Health First Certification in all aspects of health & safety).

  • Personal Protective Equipment to be worn by all employees throughout the Hotel.

  • Available approved PCR or rapid tests in cooperation with a dedicated medical Centre. Please contact Reception to arrange an appointment (extra cost applies).

Hotel Staff

  • All our staff-associates are thoroughly trained according to their duties. Please contact our Front Office for any queries you may have.

  • Please allow them to keep social distance, use their personal work tools (face-mask and gloves) and not to shake hands.

  • All staff should undergo a covid self-test weekly to guarantee everyone’s safety.

On your Arrival at the hotel

A check in form to be completed by every guest on arrival for Health & Safety reasons. All information are kept strictly confidential and will be used in the unlikely event of a person presenting Symptoms of COVID-19

Reception & Common Areas

  • Special protection plexiglass screen on the reception desk. 

  • The use of a mask is required in all public areas.

  • Check-out is before 10:00.

  • Check-in is after 15:00.

  • Hotel’s rooms are for customer-use only. No visitors are permitted. As well as entering other rooms apart from yours is strictly prohibited.

  • Markings on the floor to define safe distances for queuing are installing.

  • Use the special tray for placing your room key when checking out.

  • We recommend the use of credit cards for all transactions.

  • Invoices and receipts can be sent by e-mail.

  • Visitors will have to keep 2 meters distance between each other (except families or friends accommodated in the same room). 

  • Multiple sanitization stations are available for guests and employees.

  • Seating in all waiting areas has been re-arranged to allow for safe minimum distances.

  • All contact surfaces by the Reception area are regularly disinfected.

Housekeeping & Cleanliness

  • Housekeeping Service, towels & sheets will be of a less frequency during stays. 

  • The hotel has been advised to get rid of decorative objects such as throw pillows and reusable items likely to be shared. 

  • Disposable covers are placed on TV and air conditioner remote controls are used for every new arrival.

  • Particular care is taken to disinfect each bedroom.

  • Added time before each check-out and check-in, to ensure deeper and more thorough cleaning, and that the space is adequately ventilated.

  • Rooms are thoroughly disinfected with industry certified cleaning & disinfecting products.

  • Room cleaning will take place only when guests are not in the room.

  • Special precautions are taken while changing the room linen, with very careful handling of the used items.

  • Sanitization of door handles, surfaces, and buttons with special disinfectant on a regular basis.

  • All used linen is separately (per room) packed in plastic bags. Then they are immediately moved to trolleys in a designated area.

  • All linen is delivered daily to the hotel from our outsourced contractor in safe packaging sorted per kind of item. Then it is carefully handled from our staff with one-use gloves.

  • A frequent cleaning schedule is applied to all public areas.

  • The cleaning process is recorded every time a service is performed.

Pool & Pool bar area 

  • Please keep a distance between each other of a minimum 2 meters.

  • Every time a customer leaves seats, tables, sunbeds and any other item that area will be disinfected.

  • Counter service only.

  • Pool Bar hours may vary.

  • The minimum distance allowed between tables ranges from 90 cm to 180 cm, and no more than six people are allowed at one table.

  • 1 bather for every 5 sq. m. of water please allow 12 bathers at a time max.

  • Sunbeds are placed so that two people sitting under one umbrella (More if members of a family.) and they maintain a distance of at least 2 meters in every direction.

  • Recommended at swimming pools, the guests to be showered before entering and after exiting the water.

  • Due to Covid-19 restrictions Buffet Breakfast services may vary
